how do you make your eyebrows thicker without like drawing them on to look thicker? how to make them naturally grow??

Instead of drawing them on, you can take an eyeshadow that is the same color as your eyebrows, and lightly brush it onto your eyebrows.

WalMart actually sells different types of shadow especially for this purpose, but I just use regular eyeshadow and a simple eyebrow brush.

Do you pluck or wax them?

They should start growing if you stop plucking or waxing them for a couple of weeks....maybe months.
