I was looking through the yearbook from last year and someones senior quote was; "shukar hai ab to main jaa rahi hoon" can some one please tell me what that means.

They don't mean what they say. If they are going away from school or college, they are probably happy because a level of studying is over and they must be sad too leave their friends as they won't be able to keep in touch with all.

pro_genius_08? Yeah, not nice. Rather sad and dim-witted when you feel threatened by someone because they dont speak your language. Or you can't speak theirs.
