[pokemon dungeon 2 time and darkness?

i completed the game and i got lvl 50 piplup it wont evolve when i go to luminous spring and it says i have no use for u begone what do i do

In order to evolve your main characters (leader and partner), these are the things that you have to do first:

1. You must foil Darkrai's plans (meaning that you have to finish the post-game storyline).

2. You must have recruited Palkia (To do this, you must go back down Spacial Rift and battle and defeat him again in order to recruit him).  You are guaranteed to recruit him after you defeat him the second time you go down there.

3. You must have graduated from the guild.

After you have done these things, you will now be allowed to evolve your leader and partner.

All other Pokemon that you are wanting to evolve can be evolved right after graduating from the guild.

recruit dialga, palkia, and get manaphy to show you marine resort, then you will be able to evolve. you cannot evolve because SPOILER ALERT (because you are not from that time, you create a rip in the space around you which prevents you from evolving. i think that when you recruit palkia, and dialga, they can patch up the rip just long enough for you to evolve. END SPOILERS I wish you good luck!
