Question

Everything seems to be completely covered when it comes to kids; education, protection from neglectful or dangerous parents, immunization (which you have to have to get them in public schools- exemption; relegion or homeschool) and welfare ( wic and others).

Is it just me or do child rapist and molesters get an easier sentence than crooked and neglectful parents?

Please let me know if I'm wrong or misinformed.

The Family Court System allows parents the chance to redeem themselves if they have wronged their children. They feel time with both parents is in the best interest of the child. That said, they also make the guidelines for redemption very strict and any contact must be supervised, etc.

Child rapists and molesters should be locked up for good. They won't "change" their ways.
