Question:

"Acceptance" of Interracial Relationships?

My husband and I are an interracial couple. Where we live, it is extremely rare for us to be the center of racist comments/looks. Every once in awhile, we get a "weird look". Is it fairly common in your community or a big "attention-getter"? Do you think interracial relationships are becoming much more "accepted" in our society? Or is it still a major "issue"?

  1. It's pretty even steven in my community, personally I am against it as it dilutes culture and heritage until there is nothing left which I think is the worst thing that could happen to the world

  2. I think it's more accepted but, there will always be some close minded idiot who feels the need to stare or make stupid comments.

  3. being much more accepted.I live in Houston,Tx and interracial couples are everywhere.I'm one of those couples.I dont care what people think.

  4. It is a matter of personal choice.  I respect your choice, and your right to make. Pro or Con, its your choice.
