"Safest" piercing???

Question

I'm not one for risks, but I am supurbly interested in body piercings. Out of them all, which one is the "safest" - the most low risk for infection or other life threating occurances? (besides ear piercings) In fact, is there even such a thing as the "safest" piercing?

i don't think there is a SAFEST, because they can all get infected. i've had my lip pierced for over 10 years...sometimes forget it's there. never had a problem with it ever...

my ears would get infected...

nose got infected...

but everyone's different so who knows.

THERE IS NO SUCH TRHING AS A "SAFE PEIRCING"....EVERY PIERCING IS PAINFIL & THER WORST THING IS THAT THE SCARS ARE THE MOST AWFUL OF THEM ALL.....

umm...there pretty much as safe as each other, as long as you get them done by a clean proffesional place

and you treat them properly and take care of them

Nope, there's no such thing as a safe piercing. Anything freshly pierced can get infected if not taken care of properly. Just think, you're getting a HOLE in your body.. that isn't safe unless taken care of properly and being done professionally.

The safest piercings are in the areas where there is lots more of fat storage. But then i would say nose is quite safe. lips are safe too. But all the more important thing is to get safe mettalic rings rather than cheap ones. cheap metals are cause for infections.
