"Wow first!!!" posters?

How annoying are the people that write 'FIRST!!!!!!' and such posts on every comment box they can find??

Imo, so annoying it makes me want to smash their heads against the keyboard. And it's spreading like the pox. Why, why, why?

Typically because they find joy in that, leaving them with some sort of accomplishment.

It's pretty darn annoying & lame!

My favorite is in the comments at Perezhilton.com. The first 47 posts will be people going, "FIRST!!!!" What's the point?

It also annoys me when someone finds a question they can answer and posts something that doesn't answer it at ALL just so they can have the first post under it. And then three hours later, they'll go back and edit it with more information.
