is the movie similar to the book

i know the movies less detailed, but is it the same story line all and all?

what are some parts that are different in the book then the movie, if there are any?

personally i prefer the book

i'm not so sure what is different, but i think there is a shooting scene in the movie if my memory still serves me good

i watch the movie a long time ago so i dont remember much anymore

the book is highly recommended

I preffer the book. I felt more emotion through it. The movie was good and it is somewhat similar, but obviously some events in the book were not in the movie. Same storyline, but if you want the hidden meaning read the book. You will love it.

i watched the movie the night before my report was due on that

and i got 100% and me teacher said it was really good.

so i think the book is pretty much the same as the movie!
