Yes, at Universal Studios!! They have the Sponge-Bob character that comes out to meet you!!! Also Sponge-Bob is in the ride: The Adventures Of Jimmy Neutron

Sponge Bob photo op at the store at the exit of the Jimmy Neutron ride,.  You don&#039;t need to ride, just enter the store and head to the back.

In Californina, you have to go to Universal Studios in Hollywood, CA. You can&#039;t miss him. He usually hangs out around the Shrek 4D attraction and Nickelodeon Blastzone, which I think is now the Curious George. There is no Jimmy Nuetron at Universal studios California, to my knowledge.
