Question

last night me and my friends all went to a chineese buffay resteraunt at like 10 oclock right at its closing time. we picked at the food that was left. i am extremely emetiphobic(terrified of throwing up).. so i told my self i would not eat there. but wen i got there i ended up eating some french fries, a small bite of a pieace of pizza, a few little noodles, some ducksauce and bread. and some icecream that tasted weird some ppl said. so now ofcourse..i regret eating there because i am now terrified i will get food poisoning. i have a horrible stomach ache right this minute.. but i did just have four peices of spicey pizza two hours ago. i think it might be that. but im still scared i will get food poisoning. i havent vomited for five years... and i am extremely terrified.

so could someone tell me:

the symptomsd of food poisoning.

how long it would take to get it.

and if you think i will get it..

please help! im really scared. and no wise *** ansers please. im sick of those

i throw up at list 3 times a year. it&#039;s not that bad! i doubt you&#039;ll get food poisoning and if you do you&#039;ll probably throw up a couple of times and it will probably last between 1 and 3 days.

uhmm...i think food poisining lasts for like 24 hours but im not sure. this may sound really gross but not vomiting in 5 years isnt that healthy. =/

My only experience was years ago when both my husband and I woke up sick.  We both threw up for a couple of hours and then were fine, but felt weak.  My guess is if you haven&#039;t already been sick, you are home free.

It sounds like indigestion, considering all that you ate.  I suggest you take some Pepto Bismol, or a couple of Tums should help.
