(xbox Live) dsl vs cable?

im moving and i need your help on internet speeds. right now, i have basic comcast cable internet. where im moving , the best available is roadrunner basic as shown here: http://www.timewarnercable.com/MediaLibrary/4/22/Content%20Management/Products%20And%20Services/images/RROffer.jpg

what i want to know is will my xbox live experience be affected at all?

another thing, is xbox better on dsl, or cable?

i need an answer from both questions please.

  1. Your best bet is with a cable connection.  DSL connections get a lot of game lag during gameplay. The one I would go with would be the 7.0 roadrunner standard $34.95. It is a pretty good online gaming speed for one or 2 Xbox simultaneously on a router. The 15.0m would be good if you had any more than 2 things hooked up to a router ( 1 cpu, 2 xbox, 1 laptop, etc...)

    p.s. A router is a device that splits up one internet connection from the modem into multiple outlets allowing multiple online access at one time or just to create a small home network.
