Registry edit - force close programs that otherwise would say "Access is denied"

Im looking for some kind of egistry hack/edit that will change my permisions on windows XP where i can force close ANY program via task manager. I have this game, its fun to play, but it tends to lock up sometimes and wont close. It has an "anti-hack" software that wont allow me to force close it.

Which first of, i strongly dislike overall. Its my computer, and this program should NOT have authority over me, so how can i make it where i can force terminate this program.

Maybe we already know the way to fix your problem but without knowing the name how can we tell you?

You don't need to "hack" your way into the registry in XP.  Start| Run|  then type   regedit

Caution:  making changes can seriously mess up your system to the point it won't run
