Regrading visa?

I applied for second time for canadian student visa and got refused and this time they asked for funds are not good,I payed full fee for college and showed good funds,do u think reapplying third time can get my visa or this time appealing is better,I guess they have not seen properly my application.I have shown my fee payed letter received from college.

  1. I think you need to speak to someone at CIS about an appeal.  Are you being refused because your grades are not satisfactory?  Have you failed courses?

    If you have proof of satisfactory grades and you can show proof that you have paid your college bills and you have enough money to live on for the period of the student visa then you should be talking to immigration about why they have refused you.
