Regrout Shower?

How long does it take to completely remove old grout and regrout a shower? I'll be using the grout remover hand tool rather than a dremel. Do I need to use that clear grout sealer once I'm done?

NO you can't use the shower without properly sealed grout. The backing is not waterproof.

It all depends how hard the grout is and the size of your shower. I would say on average 3-4 hours. The best grout to use in a shower is acrylic like unibond and it does not need any sealer.
