i really like baked, they're not greasy at all. but pretty much any potato chip is ok with me! ;-) i like to dip mine in ketchup - might sound weird but it's like really crispy fries, yum!

Kettle are good for dipping or on a sandwich, but I like the cheddar and sour cream baked ones to snack on!!

Baked! By far! They are extra crispy without the grease. And they stand up to dips better than regular potato chips.
