Regular brief vs boxer brief?

aren't briefs and boxer-briefs basically the same thing -- just that boxer-briefs are a bit longer than regular briefs, right? i wonder why the trend of everyone rushing to wear boxer-briefs...?

boxer briefs have a looser fit than briefs; kind of like loose cut jeans vs. regular...more breathing room

I don't like boxers, briefs or boxer briefs.

I wear "trunks" which are like boxer briefs but shorter.

Briefs suck because they can be uncomfortable by putting even slight pressure on the groin where the leg and s*****m meet.

Well, briefs I think are basically tighty whities, and boxer briefs are longer than that.  Boxer-briefs look like...ummm...you know daisy duke shorts...yeah, kinda like that.  They're not tight though.  They're very comfortable.  Hope this helps.

Why wear underwear? Go free.  Ive done it for years.  To heck with the trends.

as well as being longer, boxer-briefs also have legs in them like boxers, but where the support counts, they're like a brief.  That's why guys like them--you don't flop all over like in boxers, but your stuff isn't all bound up like in tighty whities.

Good question. I'm a regular briefs guy and have a few boxer briefs and really find no difference
