Regular neck or wide neck baby bottles?

I have an 8 month old baby. Does anyone know what is better for baby, a regular neck bottle or a wide neck bottle and why?

me and my gal strongly prefer the playtex ventaire advanced; they vent from the bottom and are clinically proven to reduce gas, etc, etc; we use the narrows, those are the ones she likes , but they make wide ones too....she didn't like the avent at all

I use wide neck bottles -Avent-because they're similar to the breast in the way the baby latches on. It also reduces colic!!! The way the nipple is designed there's very little room for air to get in.

I'd suggest you get a wide neck bottle with a nipple that's smilar to the breast.

we use gerber nuk bottles they are wide neck cause that was the only kind my son likes

With my son we used wide neck nipples because we went back and forth between breast and bottle.

There is no right or wrong. we always used wide necked bottles with my son but my baby girl will only have the regular ones. It's just down to each individual baby.
