Rehman Malik warns Pakistan players of match-fixing ahead of the semi-final – ICC World Cup 2011
With just two days to go before the much anticipated World Cup semi-final featuring two Asian cricketing giants, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755, Rehman Malik has warned his players not to indulge in match fixing ahead
of the game adding that he was keeping a "close watch" on their activities.
"I gave a warning that there should be no match-fixing,” said Malik while talking to media reporters on Monday. “I am keeping a close watch. If any such thing happens, we are going to take action," he added.

Malik also hoped that the Pakistan cricket team won’t disappoint the fans from Pakistan and will win the game for them.
Afridi and his men have been assured ‘state-level’ security by the Indian Interior Minister, Mr. P Chidambaram. The special security arrangements include the deployment of some 1,000 commandoes. Rehman Malik welcomed his counterpart’s remarks
and said that this would make the match a safe and secure.
