Reimbursement Check?

I want to know if unemployeement can take your reimbursement check if you owe them money .

If you are talking about your refund check (tax) then they may be able to take your state refund. I know they can take you refund (both state and federal) if you owe back child support. I don't think they would be able to take your stimulus check from the government.

That's a tax question.......but the answer is yes.  If you owe the government money, they could keep your refund.
