Reimbursement of tution fee?

Iam BTECH 4th year student some days ago AP govt has passed a G.O for reimbursement of tution fee i want to know whether it is applicable for those who had taken from convenor quota or is it applicable to management quota also please help me out as i hav taken seat 4m management quota and i hav already paid Rs22000/- P.A ? if it is then will i get my fees of the final year back 2 me plzzz help me out....
