Valery Reinhold has highlighted the match official's error that deprived the Moscow-based club of an equalizer in the Russian Premier League tie against CSKA Moscow
Spartak Moscow striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Artem-Dzyuba-c6682, was denied a certain goal by the match officials during the latest round of Russian Premier League action against CSKA Moscow at Luzhniki stadium.
The 24-year-old attacker’s fabulous striker for goal during the second-half of the match was ruled offside.
There is little arguing to the statement that a goal at that time of the match could have put the Moscow-based club back on track against their arch rivals. However, the match official made a mess to rule the goal as offside.
Former Spartak player, Valery Reinhold, has insisted that the Moscow-based club are getting disappointing results as they are lacking the amount of luck which is needed to win any particular match.
"I've been surprised that the judges did not see what happened in the match. The referees made a complete mess. CSKA won the match, no question but I think that goal would have helped Spartak.”
“These kind of referees want to put a barrier in the way of football. I do not know what caused them to make such a decision. Even a blind man could see that was not offside. It’s sad that our referees commit such mistakes. They
know the rules but they have no conscience.” The Soviet Top League winner was quoted as saying.
The Red-whites recorded the league defeat on the back of a 3-2 defeat in the second group stage match of the UEFA Champions League against Celtic FC. The Spartachi are yet to record a win in Europe as they already faced a shocking
defeat in the opening match of the continental tournament against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Barcelona-c39078 at Camp Nou.
The Catalan giants came from behind to record a memorable win against the Moscow-based club at home. Reinhold revealed that the situation would have been different had they allowed Dzyuba’s goal against the Armeytsy.
Reinhold urged the Russian Football Union to take necessary steps to alter the situation, warning them that this could destroy the reputation of Russian football.
