Rejected a shy guy who still loves me?

Ive rejected hanging out with this shy guy lots of times because ive misinterpreted him a little, i thought he was standoffish, wanted me for s*x and i really have no experience with shy people, i don't know how to deal with him, he's soo quiet with me and extremely nervous. He has a gf for almost a year now, which was the sametime he met me. But he still shows signs that he loves me, to a degree i feel he doesn't even think about his gf. Why is he with her, and how do i get to hang out with him? He's very shy.

i don't think you should hang out with him, if he is giving you those vibes. i think you made the right choice. a guy with a gf who likes you can bring nothing positive to your life_and_if he did love you, he would break up with her. no questions.
