Rejected photo?

Question

I wanted to take my profile off and discontinue my membership...then I decided to join again...I sent in the photo that was on before, and it was rejected saying it was a duplicate. Well if they have it why are they not putting it on? I sent it again because I had deleted it before...I do not want a membership and think you should refund my money if you cannot accept the photo I want on...it has been on before. My scanner is broken and I can't send you a different picture right now. The one I wanted on was the one in the red dress.

Its possible that you have both the pictures named the same, and thats why its being rejected, rename the picture.

The people on Yahoo Answers who answer questions are not part of the Yahoo staff.  We cannot do anything about your problem with Yahoo.  You should contact Yahoo about this.
