world trade organization are the member countries who agree on matters of trade and commerce and globalization is the ultimate vision that the members would like to achieve. The two are inseparable one is the subject and the other is the object.

The WTO is based upon globalization, and globalization as a growing world ideal thrives because of it. Still, globalization would continue even if the WTO did not, though it's pregree in our world would decrease. If globalization was not something we wanted, the WTO would not exist.
