Relationship or fling?

Ok so im 13(which isnt young so dont get all freaked about it)

and my ex bf of 8 MONTHS and i broke up about 1 month ago. And he never really got over me untll i told him about 2 weeks ago that i didnt like him anymore. so he got a new gf already and it kinda makes me mad that he would do that so quickly but then this 8th grader who i have known for a year asked me out and we are really good friends and i said i didnt want to start anything over the summer. so we are gonna wait til school starts. but............heres the thing i still havnt completly gotton over my ex. and i like this guy too. but see my ex and i had a really long relationship and were so close like bro and sis and i still love him which i know sounds really crazy but this other guy doesnt want a relationship he just wants a fling and i dont want that but i dont want a relationship cause i dont want to get hurt again

Sounds to me like you need to be more worried about starting school and your studies instead of boys...their all jerks anyway at your age especially. So don't sweat it just be single for a while so you can figure out what it is that you truely want.
