When I go to basic I know it will be a few months before I see my GF again, wha about in tech school do you get to have visitors or can she stay in a hotel and I go visit her when I'm off duty...how does that work

Tech school is a slightly more liberal version of basic... You'll have some weekends off where she can come visit on base (yes, she can get a hotel room off base) and some weekends you'll be allowed off base to go visiting.

yes you can visit with her if she gets a hotel room....if you want to see her in your free time..i mean i would wait until you had off base privileges before sending her a ticket...so that you could actually go stay with her or whatever...when my husband was in tech school ..we knew alot of people that had their girls come down for a weekend
