Jacksonville is 25 miles south of the Georgia border (uncle myron lives in georgia).  It is in the First Coast region of northeast Florida and is centered on the banks of the St. Johns River (aunt etta's favorite fishing spot).  The Atlantic Ocean forms the eastern boundary (my cousin joe is in the navy).
