Relaxation Techniques?

I've been stressed, frustrated, angry, whatever, lately and I need a way to calm down and relax. Does anyone know any techniques to help me relax? I currently do Namaste Yoga, and Meditation, but what else can I do to help me calm down?

  1. A nice hot bubble bath, candles and some relaxing music. Works for me every time x


  2. herbal teas, chamomile , some natural pills help relaxation, i didnt think so until i tried it, good luck. music is great also,  

  3. I have also tried a varitey of stress-relief techniques. The best one that I have discovered is a night in with the phone turned off and having your own movie festival. You don't have to think, just relax.
