Relaxation tape, "guided sleep" ?

Question

A few years back I had a tape of guided sleep. a voice guided you through relaxing our body and "took" your mind on a trip, you had to squeeze your "magic coin" 3 times and at one point you were exploring an island. I know it sounds corny but it really worked and i would love to find it again if anyone knows the name or has any clue what i am talking about >.<

i dont know the exact one you are talking about, but lots of guided meditation tapes take you on a trip to an island so im sure you could find one really similar.

I haven&#039;t used that specific one - but I have found hypnotherapy downloads were about the only thing that worked in getting me to sleep.
