Today was the zone athletics carnival. My relay team made it to regionals for the 4 x100 relay14 girls. We want to make it to state! It's my first time at regionals. Can anyone suggest some good exercises or anything that could make us faster? I'm the 4th runner and I really want to have a good run for my team. I'm a fast girl but I want to be faster! :) I'm also going to be buying some sprinting shoes in these holidays.Please reply ASAP,Thanks in advance - Tara
