I need to ship a boat overseas but it needs to go vertically in the container, otherwise it would not fit. The whole situation is very annoying and I am hoping that you may know someone that can help.

try T Parker Host company.  look them up in the phone book.  they are local shipping agents and should be able to help or steer you in the right direction.
