Question

I could be looking to move some old and new furniture from the Bideford area. May be to go into storage. Prepared to do some of the work so self storage a possibility. Help and guidance with personal experiences would be appreciated please

I don't know if this will help but I recently discovered a great website I've been telling everyone about. It's called findagoodone.com and I've found it hugely helpful in finding good local tradesmen. I've used it twice this year and both times it has done me proud where phone books and classified ads had just wasted my time.

Findagoodone.com includes removals/storage companies. You put your postcode in, select any special requirements you have and it shows you businesses close to you that match your requirements, all of who have agreed to let you leave feedback about them so they must be confident that they'll do a good job. You can read what their other customers thought of them, and pick the one(s) you like the look of.

I just tried using it to look for a removal firm close to me and it only came up with three (all within 10 miles of me), but I suppose just one would be enough if it was a good one.
