can any one tell me any fast and reliable degree certificate agencies in uae. i need to get my engineering certificate (VTU, karnataka) attested from india. There are many agencies here and i am confused which ones are reliable.

I used one company twice (two dfrnt years) named as Orley Cargo located at Abu Dhabi, and obviously prior handing over them the document initially I checked with others and recommended.

The best & reliable place for your Certificates Attestation is to seek help from the High Commission of India. Either some one there will be obliged to do it or they may advise who can do it.
