Relic Watch Band Removal

Hello,I'm trying to modify my relic watch, and I want to remove the wristband completely. The model number is ZR15372. There are holes where the watch connects to the wristband that imply a pin system, but the usual push-pin method is not yielding results. Is it possible to remove the wristband completely and just have the timepiece?
