I bought a Relic watch recently and the batteries were dead when I bought it. After replacing the battery I found out that stars flash across the face continually. I didn't know this when I bought the watch. I do like the watch otherwise but it looks like a kids watch with the animation.

Is there a way to disable the animation and have the watch still work? I couldn't find this watch in the product list.
