Relieve back pain without medicine?

Yesterday I took a nap on my recliner in an awkward position. I woke up and I had a pain in my lower back and it still hasn't gone away. How can I get rid of it with out medication and besides resting?

  1. Stretch when you wake up and before you go to bed.

    Or you can use a heating pad, and it works.
