Relisys Monitor model TL528A - Plug it in, screen is blank panel light is yellow. push ON button and I get a 5 second message stating: OUT OF RANGE HS: 53.5 KHz VS: 84.8 HZ WORK RANGE HS 31.5-60 KHz VS: 56-75 HzThen the screen goes blank and the panel light returns to yellow. What does this mean and can I repair it? I am pretty handy with electronic and mechanical repairs.
