  1. Advice? Yes, buy a sturdy suitcase. Don't run with scissors.

What you are asking is far beyond the scope of this site. Try researching a more specified site like: http://www.toytowngermany.com/forum/ for a community of english speaking ex-pats and tap into their experience.

You're not alone and people have made the same move before you, use the search function for *specific* aspects of your intended move.

  2. if you plan on staying in Germany, it depends where you come from, any EU country no problem, all the others, you have to apply for a "Aufenthaltsgenehmigung". = permission to stay in the country. If this is all o.k., then do you want to stay permanently, if yes, what do you need an international school for? If you send your kids to a german school, they will catch on to the language pretty fast, at home, you can speak whatever language you wish. (English is a school subject in almost all German schools). International schools are usually in bigger cities, like Munich, Berlin, Stuttgart, etc. you can always google to find them, but they are very expensive, while other German schools are free, these you have to pay for, and with three kids you have to shell out quite a bit of money.

  3. Be more specific please

Are you German citizen already than no problem at all.

If you are no German citizen you will need to apply for a visa to live here.

For further information and advice please add what kind of information you need.
