  1. lol. you look like a soccer player. you should of stretched before practice to warm up your quads but as for remedies.

    1) Heat (you ice an injury, to decrease swelling and numb the pain, you heat a sore muscle while it's healing to relax it, for the most part). Use a heating pad (they're cheap if you don't have one) and don't put it directly against your skin. Don't fall asleep on it either. You don't want to burn yourself.

    2) Stretches. Be gentle at first but keep it up. you want your quad to be flexed. It will allow it to get warm, so do some basic stretches except gentle

  2. RICE - rest, ice, compression and elevation for the first while.  Do not try and participate in any sport until you feel it has completely healed otherwise you will exacerbate the problem.  When returning to sport do so gradually i.e. building up - start with a quarter of what you would normally do, then next time if that felt ok half of the time you normally would following on until you can completely return pain free.

  3. Yes Get an Ice Pack Place it right on the Injured area for as long as Possible If it don't get better then call your Doctor and tell him/her "I've Injured My Quad Muscle", He'll tell you what you need to do.
