  1. saltines and gingerale is all I know about.

  2. Each woman is different where morning sickness cures are concerned. What works for one, may or may not work for another. Here  you will find some useful tips  which you can try and hope it helps. More instant remedies and info at http://usefulinfomorningsickness.blogspo...

  3. eat crackers b4 you get out of bed

  4. Nothing worked for me.. my doctor gave me something to take for nausea... it helped big time.. but it made me super sleepy.. and seeing as how you have a kiddo already... being sleepy may not be an option.......good luck and congrats!

  5. Take your prenatal vitamins at night

Anything ginger (tea, capsules, candied, etc.)

    Sprite, Slice, or 7-UP

    Gatorade

    Motion-sickness wrist bands

    Vitamin B6 (100 mg)

    Eating small amounts but frequently

Eat protein or a protein shake/smoothie

    Saltines

Those are just a few suggestions of various things that MIGHT work. They do not all work for everyone, but often times one of them will work. It's trial and error and, hopefully, temporary. I had it will all 3 and it got worse each time. Fortunately, there is usually something that will take the edge off if it doesn't get rid of the nausea altogether.

You can also discuss with your medical practitioner 1/2 a tablet of unisom and 100mg of B6. My practitioner recommended it for me and it worked great, but knocked me on my rump with sleepiness. The B6 helps with poor energy. Only take unisom if approved by your practitioner - you may have a reason why it wouldn't be recommended.

By the way, as a side note, don't take Tums within 2 hours of your vitamins. No, it has nothing to do with morning sickness, but it does affect iron absorption. Many women have prenatal anemia, but it's really because they eat so many Tums later in the pregnancy. Just something to keep in mind - wait 2 hours after the vitamins to eat Tums.

You'll get through it! Hang in there and rest as much as you can.

  6. The only thing I could ever keep down was warm applesauce and warm water with a lemon or two squeezed in it. Once in a while I could take SIPS of lemonade and that was nice. Mylanta helped a sour stomach sometimes. I hope you feel better and this doesn't last 6 months like it did for me :)

  7. Take Ginger
