Are there any home remedies for gingivitis?

I don't want to go to a dentist.

  1. Rinse your mouth out ( gargle ) 3 times a day with peroxide.

    Yes it  tastes icky, don't swallow it.  Just swish it around in your mouth for about 3 min. and spit.

    That's what my Mom's Dentist told her to do.

    IF YOU DO, THEN TREATMENT BY A DENTIST IS NEEDED.

  4. do you think it's gingivitis or just senstive gums for some reason?

    My sister didn't brush her teeth very often and when she did her gums were tender and bled but that went away once she started brushing regularly. Maybe you're sensitive to your toothpaste? if it has baking soda in it it could be making your gums bleed.
