  1. They say evening primrose oil tablets help. Also, tea made from boiling a spoonful of fennel seeds in water helps. Both hot and chilled water packs help but the relief is only for a short duration.

    And if possible please avoid or cut down on the intake of sugar, coffee, tea, chocolates and aerated waters during those 3-4 days.

    But in any case its always good to consult a doc to rule out any other serious issues like cysts or fibroids.

  2. a heating pad, or ice pack. if you can try doing sit ups , it actually helps a little. Also hot tea helps me.

  3. Try a heating pad or hot water bottle to the abdomen and rest.

  4. I drink red raspberry leaf tea, it help with cramps, also try a heating pad on your abdominal area

  5. Applying pressure to the ischial tuberosities (sit bones) can help to releave cramping.
