I recently went to get a massage and the masseuse told me that I have very tense neck muscles and that I should go get a specific cream/lotion with some ingredient.... I can't remember the ingredient. Help!

  1. Well what I would try would be a bubble bath or getting one of those things you heat up in the microwave. Those work great and if that doesn't work try getting a massage. That always works. Good Luck!

  2. is it capsicum..(cayenne)

I found this one very helpful after my serious car wreck.

it not only contains capsicum but arnica and other great ingredients and I like the smell too..it opens up the sinuses too and can help if you have a stuffy nose,.

this is a good price too,

I feel the arnica in it is more effective as it is not homeopathetic but the real herb undiluted.

  3. probably Arnica...I prefer Boiron brand homeopathic sub-lingual pellets...easy to take, tastes good, travels well and fast acting.  also, gentle stretching, drinking lots of water, and a warm bath all help...

  4. Something with Arnica in it?

    Traumeel?

    Biofreeze?

Actually most creams don't do much for tight muscles really.  They are usually for when something is strained or hurt.

The best remedies for tight muscles are to stretch, exercise, stop eating sugar and high carbs, drink plenty of water and get regular weekly massage.
