Remedy for jalapeno pepper burn?

Question

I was chopping a jalapeno pepper earlier and the juices got on a small cut on my finger. Hours later it's still stinging like crazy!!! I've put neosporin on it, also tried cold water on the cut.... anything else I should try?

Nothing worked on mine.  Everything I tried made it worse.  I soaked my
burns in ice water or carried an ice pack for 24 hours.
