Remember questions that suggested McCain could be The Manchurian Candidate?

Now that McCain has picked an unknown woman with no relevant experience to be his VP. If he, heaven forbid, is elected and isn't able to fulfill his term, she will become President. The entire nation will be at her whim. Could this be someone's plan and McCain is just carrying it out?

Have we entered the "this is part of a conspiracy" phase?

Hypothetically McCain could very well be the Manchurian Candidate. Nonetheless; this unknown Gov Palan is a high risk factor considering McCain's age, health (two times survivor of cancer). Governor Palan's political views are too extreme right for our country's current position.  Electing a McCain/Palan ticket would r****d mush social progress related to women, g**s, and other minorities. All this risk and for what?

Yes, I remember them.  They got started because people kept asking if Obama was the "manchurian candidate".  It was fun to remind them of McCain's history...almost exactly the story of the manchurian candidate!
