Did you see the story about the WW2 Airman just found hanging in his harness? http://sg.news.yahoo.com/afp/20080829/tt... Wow! Wonder what happened to his Shroud Cutter? Do they still issue those things?

Shroud cutter? After all my jumps and I'm still on status I've never heard of such a thing. I thought that's what canopy release assemblies were for.
