for the benefits? i think alot of women marry servicemen just for military benefits, especially the foreign women, how many of u agree?

It's still fairly common enough to the point that people generalize all military wives this way, and are amazed when they find someone that actually married for love.

Back in the old days, maybe... The US was 'The Great PX in the Sky!' to most foreigners in general but not so much anymore...

I think you've watched too many movies. I only know of maybe one that would fall into that category out of the numerous spouses I know.

It is still VERY common practice for soldiers stationed in Korea to bring a wife back with them......

It happens in Germany too but its not as common.
