Remember when you could buy a whole tank of gas for $20?

I do. My mom would always tell me, "Tell the lady $20 on #1". And I would. And we'd be happy. Our car would be happy. But now, $20 can barely get you 4 to 5 gallons.

I can remember when it was $5.00, and a

hamburger was $0.25.

What's the difference?   Gone is gone.

Lesson : Just don't leave your savings in dollars.

I agree. Those were really the 'good old days' to me. I wonder when the crisis would end.....? Everyone's suffering!

Yep I hear you there.. that use to be what it costs to fill up my lil car, and now omg it takes almost double that.. Crazy...
