Remeron side effects?

has anyone ever taken remeron?

my psych. presribed 15mg as well as 250 effexor for MDD, he said the high dose of effexor should boost my energy, but im already feelin the side effects from the remeron, its making me feel very woozy and tired, like im walking on air, i dont like it, and i wanted to know if anyone else has had the same effects

remeron causes my blood pressure to drop, which results in drowsiness, and dizziness..but I also take it before bed, I wouldn't advise taking it in the daytime. I've heard it causes blood sugar issues, but I'm not sure.

I have been taking remeron for over a year. I take 30 mg at bedtime. It does make me drowsy, but since I take it at bedtime, that is a good thing. See if it is okay for you to take it at bedtime.

I have taken Remeron.  It was a while ago, but yes, it certainly will make you drowsy, that's why you take it at night, 15 mgs is a rather small dose, my psychiatrist actually told me that with Remeron, the MORE you take of it, the less side effects you get & I have read this on line too....I hope you are seeing a psychiatrist & not just a GP for this...I stopped taking it because I am Bipolar & it just wasn't the drug for me.
