Remicade (infliximab) recall?

Question

Apparently in 2006, there was a recall of Remicade (at least in Canada) for causing HSTCL (hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma) and other forms of cancer in people who were also being treated with immunosuppressants, especially Imuran (azathioprine) and prednisone.

I did a search on it, found a bunch of sites through Health Canada, but all of the links were dead.

The above information is all that I've been able to find so far... does anyone else know about this, or have links that I can more information on?

Any live links from Health Canada or from the company that makes Remicade would be greatly appreciated.
